Support PG&E electric transmission and distribution substation projects by developing and maintaining resource-loaded schedules, cash flow and forecast plans, and monthly budgets. Prepare cost and performance reports, analyze variances, maintain project documentation (EDMS), and communicate schedule, cost, and risk status to stakeholders. Use Primavera P6 and SAP systems to monitor progress and forecast accuracy, support change control, and assist Project Managers with financial and closeout tasks.

Manage and review Metrolink prime and subconsultant contracts for compliance. Verify direct labor rates, audited overhead rates, and escalation limits (max 3%). Document findings, approve or reject non-compliant submissions, and coordinate with subconsultants and stakeholders during contract review.

Support LAUSD facilities capital improvement projects through planning, design, and construction. Coordinate project delivery, schedule tracking, document review, cost estimating support, site walks, constructability reviews, RFIs/submittals tracking, stakeholder coordination, procurement/contract administration assistance, project controls reporting, and closeout activities.

Serve as the low-voltage/IT systems integration subject matter expert for LAWA TDIP terminal projects. Act as primary IT liaison to LAWA/IMT, CBP, and TSA; oversee design, buildout, integration, testing, and commissioning of IT and terminal systems; lead integration workshops; coordinate contractors, system owners, and cybersecurity; manage costs, schedules, submittals, and closeout activities while promoting safety.

Design, develop, and maintain Power BI semantic models, dashboards, paginated and SSRS reports. Build DAX, Power Query transformations, ETL processes (SSIS/Azure Data Factory), and semantic/tabular models. Engage stakeholders, perform testing/UAT, document solutions, tune performance, and support multiple client engagements in a consulting environment.

Lead global entity management and corporate governance for U.S. and international entities, ensure compliance and good standing, maintain organizational data, prepare board/shareholder documents, support M&A and restructuring diligence, coordinate with tax/finance/outside counsel, improve entity-management processes and technology, and serve as primary contact for registered agents and regulators.

Lead pursuit strategy and proposal development for assigned markets. Write and refine proposal content, extract win themes from SMEs, manage Salesforce pipeline and forecasting, facilitate go/no-go decisions, lead client debriefs, and mentor proposal staff to ensure high-quality, compliant submissions.

Develop conceptual through detailed cost estimates using benchmarking, market data, and quantity take-offs. Support budgets, cost control, QA/QC, constructability reviews, change order analysis, and client/stakeholder coordination across project phases.

Manage telecom A&E projects and client expectations from scope definition through deliverables. Coordinate vendors and production managers, control schedule, budget, and compliance, provide timelines and forecasts, perform design visits, and approve final deliverables while developing tools, templates, and team capabilities.
