Recruit, onboard, retain, and negotiate terms with VIP clients; build networks through referrals, communities, and events; provide client support; gather product and competitor insights; adapt communications; and track pipeline, trading volume, fees, and retention. The role requires regular travel to US hubs and industry events, along with knowledge of crypto markets, DeFi, on-chain trading, and US regulatory considerations.
