The Portfolio Analyst role involves analyzing lending portfolios, developing risk dashboards, forecasting risks, ensuring data integrity, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize loan performance.

Contact members to collect on charged-off accounts via phone, mail, and electronic communications. Process agreements, disputes, and cease-and-desist requests. Perform skip tracing, maintain detailed account records, coordinate with collection agencies and attorneys, prepare reports, and recommend payment plans or legal actions while ensuring regulatory compliance and professional member service.

Provide paralegal support to the General Counsel including legal research, contract drafting and review, litigation and discovery management, probate matters, compliance and governance support, and liaison with internal stakeholders and outside counsel. Maintain legal files, contract databases, calendars, and prepare legal correspondence and special projects.
