Produce intelligence products, monitor social media and press, support investigations (financial, criminal, nation-state), assist team collection tasks, and maintain processes to prevent strategic surprise. Role requires 24/7 threat awareness, critical thinking, and clear communication of actionable insights.

Support identification, design, and deployment of AI-driven automation to optimize workflows. Map processes, build prompt-based agents, test and refine solutions, document daily progress, and contribute research reports informing AI workforce training.

Provide administrative support across finance and operations: manage corporate expense reporting and credit cards, administer Concur, onboard and maintain vendor records, transfer project and financial data between systems, and support employee inquiries and vendor compliance to ensure audit-ready documentation.
