Manage vendor selection, negotiate terms, set product specs, oversee manufacturing schedules, QA, inventory forecasting, cost targets, and cross-functional launches. Monitor market trends, resolve quality or supply issues, and report performance to senior leadership.

Support apparel and merchandise product development from concept through production. Advise on materials, decoration, construction; coordinate sampling, vendor relationships, production tracking, and documentation. Travel to factories, help manage timelines and handoffs, source materials, and support production and project workflow.

Translate creative concepts into production-ready tech packs and detailed product specifications; oversee sample review and approvals; advise vendors on decoration and manufacturing methods; troubleshoot production issues; maintain specification libraries and documentation; protect design intent while ensuring manufacturability and quality.
