Lead enterprise application development and nationwide rollout of a restaurant technology program. Manage timelines, cross-team dependencies, risk, and technical integrations across hardware, middleware, and software. Partner with product, architecture, engineering, and operations to ensure operational readiness, executive reporting, and successful handoff for training and adoption.

Design end-to-end enterprise architectures, translate business strategy into actionable blueprints, select and integrate major platforms (Aladdin, SAP, CRM), identify integration risks, collaborate with stakeholders, and document architectural standards to ensure security, performance, and scalability in complex, regulated environments.

Serve as the senior client-facing owner who shapes end-to-end data, technology, and AI solutions from ambiguous problem statements through design, build, and adoption. Lead executive conversations, validate technical approaches, partner with architects and engineers, evaluate AI feasibility, and drive process and ways-of-working improvements while supporting delivery.
