Source active and passive candidates, manage technical candidate pipelines, coordinate screenings and interviews, partner with hiring managers, assess applicants, and promote Compass’s employer brand. The role requires strong communication, organization, interviewing, sourcing, and recruiting operations skills, along with experience using applicant tracking systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, Google Workspace, and emerging AI tools.

Drives full-cycle recruiting for the Sales team, including sourcing, candidate engagement, interviewing, offers, negotiations, and closing. Partners with hiring managers and stakeholders to develop talent strategies, maintains candidate pipelines, leverages AI and recruiting technologies, promotes the company brand, and manages confidential information.
