Leads federal, state, and international tax compliance, including returns, estimated payments, information filings, and tax calendar management. Supports ASC 740 income tax provisions, transfer pricing documentation, tax audits, reconciliations, tax research, and financial statement disclosures. Partners with finance, accounting, legal, and operations teams, provides tax guidance, analyzes regulatory impacts, and implements process improvements. Requires strong corporate tax knowledge, international reporting experience, tax software expertise, and advanced Excel skills.

Provides VIP client and artist hospitality in studio environments by preparing and serving food and beverages, maintaining kitchens and common areas, ordering supplies, coordinating events and client gifts, running errands, and supporting front desk coverage. Requires polished client service, organization, discretion, flexibility, strong communication, and the ability to work variable shifts, weekends, holidays, and occasional travel between studios or client locations.

Manage US HR administration including employee records, HR transactions, onboarding/offboarding, compliance, reporting, and HR help desk. Oversee and mentor HR Administration team, improve processes, support audits and internal controls, partner with HRIS and stakeholders (Payroll, IT, Finance), and administer compensation analysis and special HR projects.
