Supports post-production leadership by coordinating workflows, schedules, deliveries, archives, billing, documentation, and project tracking across multiple projects. Leads smaller projects from start to delivery, resolves workflow challenges, coordinates cross-functional teams, identifies operational gaps, maintains SOPs, and mentors junior staff. Requires strong post-production project management experience, organizational skills, communication, problem-solving, and the ability to manage competing priorities and deadlines.

Provides systems administration, infrastructure engineering, and technical support for a multi-site post-production environment. Maintains servers, workstations, networks, storage, virtual infrastructure, databases, security, backups, and production software. Troubleshoots incidents, improves system performance and reliability, supports video/audio signal paths, calibrates displays, installs and integrates equipment, and recommends infrastructure designs and hardware purchases. Requires Linux, macOS, and Windows expertise, scripting, high-availability systems experience, and familiarity with film, television, or post-production workflows.

Coordinates episodic post-production projects, schedules, resources, client communications, status reporting, work orders, billing, deliveries, and session readiness. Supports producers, artists, engineers, clients, and sister facilities while monitoring budgets, deadlines, technical issues, and project requirements. Requires onsite work in Santa Monica, occasional work in Hollywood, and availability for overtime, variable shifts, weekends, and holidays.
