Own and ship full‑stack production software across Compa’s web app and backend. Lead architecture and technical decisions, integrate ML/AI into data workflows, mentor through code review, and collaborate with Product and Design to build enterprise features and data pipelines.

Own strategy, roadmap, and execution for Compa's AI agent platform. Conduct customer discovery, prototype and iterate with engineering and design, define success metrics, and deliver agent experiences emphasizing autonomy, trust, explainability, and control.

Lead product-layer security: perform architecture and threat reviews, define secure SDLC and standards, build security tooling and automation, operationalize AI security patterns, prototype security implementations, and advise engineering on risk and architecture while contributing to incident response.
