Provides client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers by preparing presentations and account documentation, maintaining records and databases, monitoring account activity, processing account openings, closings, checks, transfers, tax filings, and loan requests. Supports compliance, risk, AML, OFAC, fraud-prevention, and regulatory reviews. Coordinates with clients, internal teams, and service providers while managing client access, trust assets, insurance verification, reporting, and daily account administration.

Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Opens and maintains business accounts, identifies financial needs, develops commercial relationships, supports customer retention and center growth, performs follow-up and telemarketing, ensures account documentation and compliance requirements, and participates in sales training and community activities.

Manage a portfolio of commercial clients to grow loans, deposits, and other banking products. Support center sales and service efforts, ensure regulatory and policy compliance, assist with budgeting, audits, CRA objectives, community engagement, and meet center performance goals.
