Responsible for developing and managing a portfolio of commercial and commercial real estate clients to generate loans, deposits, and other banking products. Leads and coaches Treasury Management Sales Officers while driving fee-income growth and team sales performance. Reviews client treasury needs, presents and demonstrates solutions, prepares pro formas, sells and upsells services, supports complex opportunities, and coordinates implementation. Acts as the treasury management subject matter expert, trains bank personnel, partners with risk managers and lenders to mitigate risks, supports clients, and ensures compliance with policies, regulations, and service standards. The role requires approximately 75% travel to customer sites.

Provides telephone- and email-based customer support for commercial banking and treasury products. Responds to inquiries, researches and resolves technical issues, documents cases in a CRM, escalates problems cross-functionally, and recommends service improvements. Requires knowledge of ACH, wire transfers, Positive Pay, Remote Deposit Capture, and Cash Vault services, along with strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.

The role requires knowledge of commercial banking and treasury products, professional communication, timely issue resolution, and accurate customer support.

Provide administrative and clerical support for branch officers and customers, prepare and process loan documentation, obtain credit information, ensure proper account documentation, complete monthly reports, and deliver professional customer service while selling and cross-selling bank products.

Provide phone and email-based customer service for commercial banking and treasury products. Troubleshoot and resolve client issues, document cases in a CRM, escalate when needed, recommend operational improvements, and ensure regulatory and policy compliance.

Collects, reconciles, and analyzes financial data; prepares forecasts and reports for management and the Board; monitors variances and trends; develops automated processes and financial models; maintains databases and supports FP&A activities. Supports decision-making with recommendations and presents findings to internal and external stakeholders.

Support lending compliance monitoring and reviews for consumer, mortgage, and commercial loans. Ensure adherence to federal/state laws (ECOA, FCRA/FACTA, HMDA, RESPA, TILA, etc.), maintain HMDA/CRA data, track and resolve compliance issues, assist with audits/examinations, and provide guidance to departments. Perform file reviews, data validation, and participate in special projects and training.

Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to new and existing business customers. Opens and maintains accounts, identifies sales opportunities, makes referrals, develops commercial relationships, conducts telemarketing, and supports customer retention and growth. Ensures account documentation, Customer Identification Program information, and regulatory procedures are completed accurately. Participates in sales meetings, training, community activities, and center initiatives. No supervisory responsibilities.

Perform and review complex credit analyses and financial statement spreads, compute covenant compliance, prepare reports (marketable securities, delinquency), assist Board reporting, support Credit Officers and Administrators, use Moody's tools and Excel, and provide administrative support to the Credit Management Department.

Provides client service and administrative support to Relationship Managers by preparing presentations and account documentation, maintaining records and databases, monitoring account activity, processing account openings, closings, checks, transfers, tax filings, and loan requests. Supports compliance, risk, AML, OFAC, fraud-prevention, and regulatory reviews. Coordinates with clients, internal teams, and service providers while managing client access, trust assets, insurance verification, reporting, and daily account administration.

Sells and cross-sells banking products and services to existing and prospective customers. Opens and maintains business accounts, identifies financial needs, develops commercial relationships, supports customer retention and center growth, performs follow-up and telemarketing, ensures account documentation and compliance requirements, and participates in sales training and community activities.

Deliver excellent customer service and perform other duties as assigned.

Provide Tier-3 support and proactively manage bank applications to ensure availability, performance, security, and compliance. Troubleshoot production, test, and disaster recovery environments; perform root cause analysis; coordinate changes, upgrades, and vendor implementations; create application documentation; and collaborate with infrastructure, projects, and business users to meet SLAs and security standards.

Support the bank's BSA/AML compliance program by monitoring transactions, performing Enhanced Due Diligence (EDD) on high-risk customers, maintaining records, assisting with AML software reports, referring suspicious activity for SAR investigations, and preparing periodic monitoring and board reports.

Sell and cross-sell bank products and services to new and existing commercial customers, open and maintain accounts, ensure compliance with policies and regulations, use ChexSystems/OFAC and CIP processes, participate in sales meetings, telemarketing, and community outreach to meet sales goals.

Evaluate and critique loan requests, approve within delegated authority or recommend approvals, assign loan grades, monitor delinquencies, review appraisals and financial statements, prepare internal memos on policy exceptions, assist branches with loan structuring and collections, attend DLC meetings, and supervise a team of Credit Officers.
