Assists the Compliance Officer with monitoring and testing consumer protection and banking regulations. Maintains compliance policies and procedures, supports regulatory examinations and audits, develops employee training, communicates findings to management, and contributes to regulatory risk mitigation. The role requires knowledge of banking compliance laws, ACH and PCI compliance, strong analytical and organizational abilities, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Generates SBA and commercial lending business by developing referral networks, identifying prospects, structuring loans, analyzing credit, and guiding clients through approval and funding. Maintains client and partner relationships, cross-sells banking products, meets loan volume goals, supports closings and collections, and ensures compliance with SBA, BSA/AML, OFAC, privacy, and CRA requirements. Participates in community affairs and develops business relationships throughout the community.
