Leads the design, automation, operation, and scaling of infrastructure across on-premises data centers, GCP, and AWS. Responsibilities include infrastructure as code, configuration management, networking, load balancing, DNS, monitoring, observability, distributed systems administration, documentation, technical direction, project leadership, and mentoring. The role requires deep Linux, hardware, networking, cloud, storage, backup, and Python automation expertise.

Support day-to-day GRC operations: assess third-party vendors, maintain vendor risk register, track remediation and control evidence, assist with internal control testing and audits (SOC 2, ISO 27001, PCI-DSS), maintain policies, prepare reporting, and contribute to process improvements.

The Technical Customer Support Representative assists eCommerce merchants by providing technical support via phone, email, and chat, troubleshooting issues, and enhancing customer satisfaction through effective problem-solving and communication.
