Manages the casino’s social media, digital advertising, website content, SEO, email marketing, CRM automation, and digital guest communications. Creates social-first photo, video, and written content; coordinates campaigns with agencies and vendors; monitors channel performance; and provides optimization recommendations. The role also supports website updates, audience segmentation, compliance with gaming regulations, responsible gaming messaging, privacy practices, and cross-functional marketing initiatives.

Leads high-priority, cross-functional initiatives from planning through completion. Converts leadership direction into milestones, coordinates stakeholders across organizational boundaries, removes blockers, manages risks, holds teams accountable, escalates issues, and implements corrective actions. Provides concise updates to senior leadership and documents outcomes and lessons learned. The role requires execution in complex, matrixed environments with limited formal authority and significant operational, political, or organizational constraints.
