Design, build, and maintain scalable serverless and container-based web applications using React, TypeScript, Node.js, and AWS. Implement infrastructure as code with AWS CDK, optimize performance, create automated tests with Playwright, follow CI/CD and DevOps practices, mentor junior engineers, and collaborate in Agile teams to deliver high-quality internal content-creation tools.

Lead content strategy for one or more areas of a digital assessment platform: define standards, craft user-centered product copy, drive information architecture, redesign editorial workflows, manage CMS content, and build shared content operations and governance. Translate research and analytics into iterative content improvements, partner cross-functionally, and help the team adopt AI tools. Role includes occasional after-hours support and travel for test administration windows.

Design, build, and operate Workday and LMS integrations using AWS. Own full lifecycle of API- and file-based integrations, embed observability, ensure resilience and security, mentor engineers, and support production systems in an Agile/DevOps environment.
