Lead and scale People Operations for a global, multi-brand workforce of 3,000+ employees. Build HR systems, policies, compliance, and vendor ecosystems; drive automation and data-driven HR processes; partner on headcount planning, M&A integrations, global mobility, and lifecycle programs (onboarding, offboarding, talent acquisition ops). Manage a People Ops team and cross-functional projects to ensure consistent, compliant employee experiences across brands and geographies.

Drive the evolution and management of high-volume recruiting, optimizing processes and systems to support 500+ annual hires across multiple domains, while collaborating with senior leadership.

Inspect and evaluate collectibles (cards, coins, memorabilia) for quality and authenticity, document findings, follow grading standards, and support throughput in the grading facility. Temporary role focused on consistent, detail-oriented quality checks and recordkeeping to meet company standards.
