Manage web lead allocation and agent performance for Coldwell Banker Realty’s Internet Lead Generation program. Coach and develop agents on lead conversion, CRM usage, customer service, and technology adoption. Host virtual and in-person coaching events, promote performance metrics, support recruiting and retention, coordinate recognition events, and collaborate with leadership to execute strategies that drive revenue and referral success.

Process and manage listing and pending transactions, perform documentation review and auditing for compliance, maintain transaction data across real-estate systems, support agents by answering questions and communicating incomplete file issues, and collaborate with branch and Agent Services staff to ensure data accuracy.

The Transaction Coordinator manages escrow files and documentation for real estate transactions, ensures timely communication and organization, and assists in administrative duties.
