What's the Company Culture Like at CodePath.org?

CodePath.org Employee Reviews

As a working parent, CodePath has given me the flexibility to balance work and parenting. Being able to set my own hours and fit tasks in around parenting has been a lifesaver. If I need to step out for a school event or a sick child, I can do so without any pushback. CodePath doesn't make me feel guilty for juggling both — I'm met with support and empathy from staff and management. They've even created shared spaces like the CodePath Kids Slack channel, where parents share stories and celebrate milestones together.
