Performs white-box and black-box testing of production code, marketing campaigns, data flows, tracking, ETL pipelines, dashboards, and reporting. Translates requirements into test plans, diagnoses root causes, validates data quality, investigates discrepancies, and develops automated tests and quality checks integrated into CI/CD workflows. Documents QA standards and communicates technical risks to technical and nontechnical stakeholders. This is a hybrid 1099 contract role requiring three onsite days weekly in Irvine, California.

Lead Codazen's technology strategy, advise clients and internal teams, and own the Harmonica product roadmap. Balance ~80% strategic advisory and product vision with ~20% hands-on building, especially applying data architecture and applied AI across services and client engagements. Travel up to 25%.
