Provides administrative and subcontract support to the Director of Programs and Subcontract Administration. Duties include preparing and reviewing contract documents under attorney supervision, organizing reports and invoices, maintaining records and databases, coordinating meetings and travel, tracking project progress, liaising with departments and external partners, and supporting audits and compliance activities. The role requires strong organization, communication, legal-document comprehension, deadline management, and proficiency with office, database, and scheduling tools.

Provides immigration legal assistance under attorney or OLAP Accredited Representative supervision, including client screening, intake, benefit applications, document drafting, case communications, referrals, and deadline management. Maintains case notes, databases, and tracking systems; participates in legal triage, community outreach, presentations, and fundraising events. Requires compassionate client service, Spanish or other language proficiency, knowledge of immigration benefits and proceedings, and at least five years of paralegal experience and attorney-supervised training.

Oversee the Removal Defense Unit, including staff supervision, recruitment, training, case assignments, quality assurance, legal services, budgeting, grant reporting, data compliance, community outreach, partnerships, and fundraising. Represent and advise immigrant clients in complex removal defense and immigration matters before courts and agencies. Collaborate with Legal Services leadership to improve program operations, protocols, and service delivery.
