Duties include investigations, discovery, depositions, motion practice, legal research (Westlaw), drafting pre-trial/trial documents, attending hearings, and preparing cases for mediation/trial while maintaining client communication and case strategy.

Defend public and private entities in employment, personal injury, commercial, and class-action litigation.
