Responsibilities include STT, NLU, and TTS development; MLOps pipelines; AI API services; inference and latency optimization; frontend prototypes and dashboards; research, experimentation, vendor evaluation, documentation, and code quality. The role requires collaboration with backend, frontend, and infrastructure teams.

Generates leads and manages sales pipelines targeting US recruitment and HRTech clients. Conducts product demonstrations, supports customer onboarding, provides client support, develops basic marketing campaigns, maintains customer relationships, gathers feedback, creates training materials, and records activities in CRM systems. Works independently remotely while meeting sales, marketing, and business development objectives.
