As a Senior Fullstack Engineer, you will develop and enhance Cloudbeds' distribution platform, focusing on backend features and user interfaces, optimizing performance, ensuring security, and mentoring team members while migrating legacy systems to microservices.

Lead end-to-end onboarding for mid-market hospitality customers, manage timelines, stakeholders, risks, and cross-functional coordination to drive adoption and transition to Account Management. Deliver high-touch customer communication, monitor success metrics, and ensure timely, measurable implementations in a SaaS environment.

Lead and scale mid-market onboarding from contract to go-live and handoff. Build frameworks, SOPs, metrics, and staffing plans; improve deployment velocity, quality, training, and early retention. Manage escalations, partner cross-functionally with Sales/Product/Support/Account Management, and coach a distributed team to deliver repeatable, high-quality multi-property implementations.
