Teams at Clipster

Own engineering delivery, organizational design, security, infrastructure, fraud initiatives, incident escalation, and cross-functional prioritization. Build scalable team structures, propose hiring plans, represent engineering to executives, and oversee infrastructure and data decisions. The role requires substantial engineering leadership experience, hands-on backend or full-stack development experience, and a track record of scaling engineering organizations at startups or scaleups.

Own product design across creator onboarding, campaign discovery, payouts, brand campaign tools, dashboards, and reporting. Improve Clipster’s design system, Figma organization, and engineering handoff standards while collaborating with product leadership and engineers. This hands-on role also requires implementing UI fixes and frontend components using HTML, CSS/Tailwind, JavaScript, and React.

Design and ship Golang services within a high-performance distributed system, contribute to React and Next.js frontend development, and build payment infrastructure, event-driven workflows, and real-time data processing. The role includes system design, production-ready coding, testing, documentation, mentoring engineers, and raising engineering standards on a lean, remote-first team.
