Build and maintain automated litigation calendaring rule sets by researching statutes, court rules, local rules, and standing orders. Monitor legal developments, update calculation logic, audit content, and resolve customer questions. Provide customer and partner training, create legal content, and assess ambiguous procedural requirements using sound legal judgment. The role requires a U.S. law license, litigation experience, strong legal research and writing skills, and proficiency translating complex legal rules into structured software logic.

Serve as a legal-domain pre-sales consultant for mid-market law firms: lead discovery, deliver tailored Clio product demos and pilots, advise on safe AI adoption, convert practice needs into workflows, influence product via user insights, mentor sales and success teams, and represent Clio in legal tech thought leadership.
