Lead transfer pricing engagements for small to mid-sized domestic and international clients: design and implement TP policies, perform benchmarking and economic analyses, manage APAs/MAPs and audits, oversee documentation (master/local/CbC), mentor staff, and support cross-border tax planning and compliance.

Lead and grow CLA's State & Local Tax (SALT) income and franchise practice, managing consulting and compliance engagements (nexus, restructuring, voluntary disclosures, PTE tax, PL 86-282, return reviews), representing clients with tax authorities, recruiting and developing regional staff, partnering on thought leadership and transaction support, and ensuring adherence to firm risk management and engagement policies.

Prepare and review sales tax returns using Avalara, resolve data issues and nexus discrepancies, perform tax research and special projects, work with clients across industries, and train/mentor team members and interns.
