Responsibilities include forecasting, budgeting, month-end close, variance analysis, headcount and vendor spend planning, cloud cost tracking, billings forecasting, and executive, board, and investor reporting. The role partners with Accounting and department leaders, maintains rolling forecasts, and uses AI tools to improve financial modeling, analysis, and communication.

Own the full machine learning lifecycle for search ranking and retrieval, including model training, deployment, serving, feature pipelines, evaluation frameworks, hybrid lexical-vector retrieval, large-scale embedding inference, query understanding, and permissions-aware multi-tenant search. Collaborate with infrastructure, AI, and backend teams to improve search relevance across ClickUp’s platform.

Leads the design and development of complex frontend systems and product features using Angular and React. Architects scalable frontend patterns, improves performance and engineering velocity, drives testing and code-quality practices, and leads major technical initiatives. Partners cross-functionally with backend, product, design, integrations, and QA; makes technical decisions, mentors engineers, and advances frontend architecture and collaboration across teams.
