Build and own ClickUp’s AI evaluation systems, agent harness, self-improvement loops, and model benchmarking, routing, and fallback strategies. Develop scalable backend and AI platform services for LLM deployment, orchestration, monitoring, and evaluation. Integrate AI features into core products while ensuring reliability, security, privacy, compliance, and cost-effective performance. Collaborate with product, frontend, data, and engineering teams to deliver customer-facing AI capabilities.

Partners with Sales and Success to lead technical discovery, tailored demos, proof-of-value initiatives, and solution design for B2B SaaS customers. Translates business requirements into workflow, integration, reporting, and automation recommendations; supports technical validation, data migration, security discussions, and RFPs; and builds custom dashboards and demo environments. Collaborates with Product and Engineering to resolve blockers and improve customer outcomes.

Own and improve ClickUp’s voice AI systems, including real-time speech-to-text, audio processing, context-aware transcription, LLM post-processing, mention resolution, formatting, and voice-to-action workflows. Evaluate and integrate ASR models for accuracy, latency, and cost, while collaborating across product and platform teams to deliver voice and multimodal assistant features across desktop, mobile, web, and browser extension products.
