Leads onsite hospitality, workplace, and business support operations for a law firm account. Manages employees across the full lifecycle, service quality, workflow, staffing, client relationships, reporting, budgets, P&L, invoicing, and contract performance. Partners with firm leadership to resolve issues, improve processes, maintain client satisfaction, and identify account growth opportunities. The role is fully onsite in Los Angeles with approximately 5% travel to San Francisco.

Provides office-services support including reprographics, mail processing, document intake, reception, hospitality, and basic audio/visual assistance. Maintains logs and job tickets, prioritizes workflows, meets deadlines, troubleshoots basic equipment issues, performs quality assurance, manages supplies, communicates with clients, and handles sensitive documents. Requires regular lifting of up to 50 pounds and adherence to company and client policies.

Leads consultative sales of RRD’s digital, print, marketing, and supply chain solutions. Builds and expands strategic client relationships, develops sales strategies, manages complex accounts, identifies revenue opportunities, and exceeds quotas through prospecting and new business development. Serves as a digital product subject matter expert, educates executive stakeholders, coordinates tailored client solutions, and mentors less experienced sellers. Travel is required.
