Drive revenue by generating leads, prospecting, cold-calling, and managing relationships with new and existing customers. Assess needs, negotiate orders, forecast in Salesforce, develop long-term account plans, mentor junior reps, and coordinate internal resources to deliver solutions and meet sales targets.

Support press operations by loading paper and raw materials, adjusting feeder mechanisms, delivering and recycling plates, assisting with make-ready and basic maintenance tasks, and operating material-handling equipment to ensure continuous press production.

Lead on-site account operations, manage people and full employee lifecycle, ensure service delivery and SLAs, drive continuous improvement, manage P&L and invoicing, oversee staffing and workflow, maintain client relationships and identify growth opportunities, and support implementations and due diligence.
