Supervise daily environmental service operations, technicians, equipment readiness, safety procedures, documentation, shipments, manifests, and client requirements. Lead safety meetings, train and direct crews, inspect work areas, perform or coordinate equipment maintenance, ensure regulatory compliance, and interact with residents and City of Los Angeles personnel. The role is on-site five days weekly, including weekend public operations, with occasional overtime and physical work requirements.

Manage onsite hazardous waste and environmental operations, ensuring safety, regulatory compliance, customer satisfaction, productivity, and profitability. Lead employees, oversee equipment and resources, establish operational and financial KPIs, analyze performance and P&L data, develop staff, maintain policies and procedures, and collaborate with customers and internal leadership to improve program performance.
