Leads ClassWallet’s full marketing function, including brand, product marketing, demand generation, account-based marketing, events, content, marketing operations, and website strategy. Owns marketing strategy, budget, pipeline targets, positioning, launches, public-sector go-to-market, attribution, agency management, and team development. Partners with Sales, Product Management, and executives to support the company’s product-led growth model.

Manage end-to-end payroll through a PEO, administer HRIS data, support employees with payroll and HR inquiries, ensure multi-state compliance, generate reports, and optimize HR workflows. Lead the organization’s 2027 transition from its PEO to an independent payroll and HR technology stack, including system selection, implementation, tax setup, SOP development, controls, and employee training.

Conduct high-volume outbound calls to identify, engage, and qualify education-sector prospects. Research decision-makers, map accounts, overcome objections, and generate qualified opportunities for Account Executives. Maintain accurate CRM records, track activity metrics, learn the company’s products and market, and collaborate in training and sales initiatives.

Build and maintain scalable e-commerce and marketplace features across Node.js, React, MySQL, and MongoDB. Own complex features end to end, design backend services and APIs, integrate PunchOut procurement systems, improve platform security and reliability, conduct code reviews, and mentor engineers. The role requires strong full-stack JavaScript and TypeScript expertise, e-commerce domain experience, and the ability to work autonomously on high-volume transactional software.

Design, build, and manage scalable AWS infrastructure; optimize GitHub-centric CI/CD; implement observability stacks; automate compliance for GovRAMP/FedRAMP and SOC2; author audit-ready documentation and runbooks; collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure high availability and reliability.
