The Outside Sales Representative will acquire and onboard local fitness and wellness businesses through a field-first sales approach, achieving monthly acquisition targets while traveling extensively within the assigned territory.

Own and grow strategic hotel and spa partnerships, driving full sales cycles from prospecting to launch. Build segment strategy, negotiate complex multi-stakeholder deals, structure commercial agreements, and partner cross-functionally to scale hotel integrations and optimize member experience.

Lead end-to-end HRIS platform migration: plan and execute discovery, data migration, configuration, testing, cutover and hypercare. Coordinate vendors and cross-functional teams, manage risks, drive change management, training, and stakeholder communications to ensure a successful go-live.
