Builds trusted relationships, demonstrates solution value, supports renewals, conducts onboarding and refresher sessions, presents at events, coordinates webinars, and partners with Sales, Product, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive adoption, retention, growth, and customer outcomes.

Manage and grow a portfolio of high-value Life Sciences & Healthcare enterprise accounts. Develop strategic account plans, drive revenue growth and retention, manage full sales cycle from opportunity identification to close, provide accurate forecasts, collaborate cross-functionally, and maintain high customer engagement to expand business and ensure long-term customer success.

The role involves acting as a trusted advisor, driving commercial outcomes by defining solutions, and building client trust through subject matter expertise in healthcare and life sciences.
