Provides accounting and clerical support, including resident and health center billing data entry, deposit preparation, accounts payable invoice review, invoice entry, approval routing, and check generation. Supports the Director of Financial Services with daily department coordination and operations while delivering hospitality-focused service in a continuing care retirement community.

Prepares and serves therapeutic meals, desserts, and salads to health center residents. Sets up and breaks down dining tables, transports food and non-food items, and follows therapeutic diet menus and diet orders. The role requires effective communication, basic arithmetic, understanding measurements, empathy for older adults, and the ability to stand, walk, lift, and push carts throughout the workday.

Manages daily dining room operations in a senior living community, leading and developing serving staff, creating schedules, maintaining cleanliness and sanitation, ensuring food presentation and service standards, and supporting meal service. Responsibilities include training servers, overseeing staffing and inventory, taking orders, assisting residents, clearing tables, and maintaining organized workstations.
