Provide first-line customer support through phone, text, and email. Collaborate with product, technology, and partner teams to investigate issues and improve support. The role requires strong communication, numerical aptitude, Zendesk experience, and enthusiasm for fintech and supporting hourly workers.

The DevOps Engineer will architect and automate cloud infrastructure with Terraform, oversee reliability, monitoring, and performance, support AI/ML environments, and implement security and compliance controls for SOC2 and PCI DSS. The role also involves developing internal tools, managing AI integrations, and supporting a PHP/Laravel platform. Candidates need at least three years of DevOps or SRE experience, infrastructure-as-code expertise, coding ability, database experience, and familiarity with AI/ML workloads.
