Teams at Clínica Monseñor Oscar A. Romero

Supports fundraising by researching prospects and writing grant proposals, letters of inquiry, and reports for foundation and government funders. Coordinates grant calendars, reporting, program outcomes, events, sponsorships, newsletters, website updates, social media, and marketing materials. Collaborates with finance, program, development, and executive teams while maintaining department records, timelines, analytics, and communications. Occasional evening and weekend work is required.

Serve as primary HR point of contact handling daily HR administrative tasks: phone/email triage, records and forms processing, payroll and timesheet updates, equipment inventory, employment verifications, clerical duties, support recruitment/onboarding, assist Wellness Committee and process union reimbursements.
