Lead development and execution of the agency's marketing and communications strategy. Supervise a Digital Communications Specialist, manage digital/social/web presence, content and publications, reputation management, stakeholder and community engagement, and provide marketing support for fundraising and events. Oversee assets, monitor performance metrics, collaborate with executive leadership, and manage the marketing budget and external representation.

Manage and expand homeless services initiatives, coordinate street-level healthcare outreach, build partnerships with agencies, oversee non-clinical care management teams, ensure compliance, monitor program performance and budgets, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to improve client care and housing navigation.

Provide psychosocial assessments, diagnostics, individual and group therapy, crisis response, and case coordination for pregnant women. Maintain documentation, develop education materials, liaise with community agencies, attend collaborations, and support interdepartmental care to address social, emotional, relational, and environmental factors affecting pregnancy.

Greet and register patients, manage scheduling and eligibility verification, update and audit EMR records, perform appointment reminders, collect payments, assist with referrals and PCP changes, support outreach events, and ensure HIPAA-compliant, courteous front-desk service.

Provide comprehensive pediatric care (ages 0-18, occasionally to 21): histories, exams, diagnoses, treatment, preventive screenings, counseling, prescriptions, lab/imaging review, referrals, documentation, quality assurance, staff training and supervision, triage and after-hours coverage, and clinic operations support.

Provide person-centered case management and care coordination for patients, develop care plans, connect patients to social and medical resources, document in Epic, perform outreach and follow-ups, and collaborate with community partners and clinic teams to improve health outcomes.

Provide assessments, individual and group counseling, treatment plans, urine drug testing, crisis intervention, case management, outreach and client recruitment for youth and adult SUD clients. Maintain county-compliant documentation, meet billable hour requirements, facilitate groups, transport clients as needed, and support department outreach and community engagement.

Provides high-level administrative support to the CEO, including heavy calendar management, correspondence, board meeting coordination, project management, and leading venue event planning and execution for LA Celebrations.

Provide childcare oversight in the SUD BRIDGE program, conduct community outreach and SUD education for youth and families, coordinate referrals and Medi-Cal support, maintain documentation and reporting, perform case management, assessments, brief counseling, crisis intervention, and support client engagement. Bilingual Spanish communication and travel required.

Lead and manage HR strategy, compliance, workforce planning, labor relations, benefits, safety, training, and HR operations. Partner with executives on talent, succession, and organizational development while overseeing HR staff, policies, audits, and metrics to drive engagement and legal/regulatory compliance.

Provide primary OB/GYN clinical care: obtain histories, perform physicals and exams (including Pap smears and breast exams), prescribe and manage contraception, review labs/imaging, triage patients, provide health education, participate in quality assurance, assist/train staff, and cover nursing/medical director duties as needed.

Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organization: source, screen, interview, coordinate selection, track candidates in ATS, build talent pipelines, partner with hiring managers, report recruitment metrics, support offers and onboarding, and represent the organization at outreach events.

Develops and executes digital communications and executive social media presence to elevate the CEO and organization. Produces multimedia content, manages channels, analyzes performance, recommends improvements, runs projects from concept to completion, supports executive communications, and maintains digital policies and workflows to advance marketing and stakeholder engagement goals.

Ensure compliance and integrity of Substance Use Disorder (SUD) program documentation, audit counselor charts, collect quality data, recommend corrective actions, train staff and interns, enter required data, assist referrals and billing, provide client sessions and outreach, and support program reporting and licensing requirements.
