Serve as the HR business partner for the Advisory practice, providing strategic and day-to-day HR support across employee relations, performance management, talent development, HRIS administration, compliance, and leadership coaching. Lead and develop HR staff, advise leaders on workforce planning and organizational effectiveness, manage complex investigations, and support annual HR processes to drive engagement and ensure legal compliance with emphasis on California employment law.

Lead commercial tax engagements including reviews of returns and projections, provide partnership/C-corp/S-corp tax planning and compliance, manage client relationships and tax teams, develop business, and mentor staff while maintaining tax technical currency.

Manage commercial tax engagements including review of returns, projections, and workpapers; provide tax planning, research, and compliance for S corps and partnerships; oversee client relationships and workflow; coach and mentor staff; coordinate with partners and maintain knowledge of tax and business trends.
