Supports middle-market M&A transactions in the Consumer and Retail sector by building financial models, performing valuations, conducting due diligence, preparing transaction documents and pitch materials, participating in client meetings, developing transaction strategies, and supporting business development. The role works closely with junior and senior bankers and manages multiple transactions in a fast-paced environment.

Leads end-to-end marketing strategy and execution for Commercial and Corporate Banking, including client acquisition, retention, product adoption, digital campaigns, ABM, sales enablement, events, analytics, optimization, budgeting, and regulatory governance. Partners with senior banking, sales, data, and digital stakeholders to develop value propositions, integrated marketing plans, and measurable growth initiatives in a regulated B2B financial services environment.

Develop and manage a branch-based wealth management practice by conducting client discoveries, creating tailored financial plans, driving new business development and referrals, conducting proactive outreach, and coordinating with internal specialists for investment, insurance, estate, and financial planning services.
