Manage the full employee lifecycle for 450+ staff across schools: onboarding, offboarding, compliance tracking (I-9, TB, DOJ fingerprints, credentials), state reporting, records maintenance, inbox triage, recruitment support, and cross-functional coordination to ensure audit-ready documentation and timely reporting.

Lead and supervise TK–8 students in after-school programming. Plan and run academic, enrichment, indoor/outdoor activities, track attendance and meal data, ensure student safety, and attend meetings and trainings.

Lead after-school programming for TK–8 students including academic support, recreation, enrichment, attendance tracking, snack/supper data tracking, and supervision to ensure student safety. Plan and facilitate age-appropriate activities, collaborate with teachers and families, attend meetings and trainings, and perform other duties as assigned.
