Partners with account executives to own territory strategy, lead customer discovery, deliver solution demonstrations and proofs of value, develop architectural roadmaps and bills of materials, and guide technical transformations across networking, security, cloud, AI infrastructure, observability, collaboration, and automation. Uses agentic AI and automated workflows to accelerate sales activities while communicating technical value to engineers, executives, internal teams, and channel partners.

Collaborate with engineering and business teams to deliver reliable, scalable data systems and ML workloads.

Lead the technical direction and development of scalable batch and streaming data pipelines and products. Establish data quality, observability, freshness, recovery, governance, and cost standards; investigate production incidents; and build trusted data context layers with lineage, metric semantics, ownership, and governed access. Apply AI-assisted workflows to pipeline development, validation, and troubleshooting while mentoring engineers and influencing architecture across teams.

Own customer onboarding, adoption, and expansion for Cisco Hypershield and Nexus N9300 Smart Switches. Guide controller design, virtualization deployments, segmentation, firewall policy, and production use cases. Build trusted technical relationships with NetOps and NetSecOps stakeholders, lead workshops, resolve adoption blockers with engineering and support, and develop reusable training and reference materials. The role requires deep networking, Linux, virtualization, and customer-facing solution architecture expertise.

Lead product lifecycle management for mobility, IoT, and SaaS solutions serving a Tier-1 service provider. Own strategic roadmaps spanning 5G, 5G-Advanced, and 6G, translate customer needs into product requirements, develop Edge AI and mobility growth opportunities, build business cases, and align executives and cross-functional teams across Cisco and the customer organization.
