Lead global strategy, execution, and business performance for Cisco Live across AMERICAS, EMEA, and APJC. Manage a distributed team, define multi-year roadmap, ensure brand consistency, drive OKRs and pipeline growth, integrate product launches and acquisitions, and deliver large-scale, data-driven conference experiences with operational excellence and international travel.

Lead theoretical research and prototype development for scalable quantum networking and distributed quantum computing. Develop algorithms and protocols for entanglement distribution, distributed error correction, and a quantum network controller and compiler. Collaborate with engineers, support experiments, publish papers, supervise postdocs and interns, and define technology roadmaps and demonstrations.

Lead design, development, testing, and qualification of integrated silicon photonics devices (modulators, photodetectors, grating couplers). Collaborate with foundries and IC/product teams to deliver device models, optimize process parameters, and ensure manufacturability and reliability for optical transceiver products.

Drive Collaboration revenue across assigned Global Enterprise accounts in the Western U.S. Build executive relationships, identify and close complex opportunities across Webex, Contact Center, Devices and AI collaboration solutions, lead sales cycles, partner with cross-functional teams, and execute territory and account plans to accelerate adoption and meet quota.
