Assists with multi-site affordable housing property management, including leasing, income recertification, tenant communications, rent collection, credit checks, inspections, compliance, invoices, advertising, and resident notices. Maintains accurate property and rental activity records while supporting occupancy, maintenance coordination, and resident satisfaction. Requires knowledge of LIHTC regulations and at least two years of property management experience.
