Oversee two multifamily properties (145 units), manage occupancy, leasing, marketing, maintenance, budgets, rent collection, legal/eviction processes, safety programs, inspections, and reporting. Live-on-site and provide occasional 24-hour/weekend coverage.

Support property occupancy and maintenance, handle leasing and income recertification, process applications and rent payments, enforce compliance with LIHTC rules, conduct inspections, produce resident communications, and maintain tenant and vendor relationships.

Manage day-to-day operations, leasing, and maintenance across multiple residential properties. Build tenant and vendor relationships, process applications and rent, perform move-out inspections, place approved advertising, and ensure units are clean and market-ready while meeting company leasing and performance standards.
