Leads daily manufacturing operations, supervising production employees and coordinating labor to achieve safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost objectives. Drives Lean Manufacturing, continuous improvement, root cause analysis, corrective actions, standardized work, and KPI performance. Partners with Quality, Engineering, Supply Chain, Planning, and Customer Service to resolve production issues, implement design changes, support audits and MRB activities, and maintain compliance with AS9100, OSHA, environmental, and aerospace regulatory requirements.

Performs complex mechanical assembly of aerospace and defense fluid-control products, including fitting, alignment, adjustment, troubleshooting, teardown analysis, rework, soldering, marking, and potential clean-room operations. Reads blueprints and procedures, performs basic pressure calculations, resolves practical problems, and supports safety, quality, efficiency, and continuous improvement goals.

The FAA Quality Assurance Manager oversees compliance with FAA regulations, manages training and audits, and drives continuous improvement using lean and Six Sigma methodologies.
