As the Lead Product Designer for Discover, you'll design AI-driven experiences for a two-sided marketplace while mentoring the design team and owning the product design direction.

Build end-to-end full-stack AI features on a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend, design and run experiments (A/B tests and AI evaluations), implement AI infrastructure for reliable LLM inference, and iterate quickly to scale production-ready LLM-powered products.

Lead and evolve Circle's visual identity across campaigns, product launches, events, social, and product marketing. Create scalable brand systems, storyboards, and launch assets; collaborate with Motion, Product Marketing, and Content; present concepts, iterate on feedback, and research AI tools to improve creative workflows and consistency.
