Build end-to-end full-stack AI features on a Ruby on Rails backend and React frontend, design and run experiments (A/B tests and AI evaluations), implement AI infrastructure for reliable LLM inference, and iterate quickly to scale production-ready LLM-powered products.

Lead and evolve Circle's visual identity across campaigns, product launches, events, social, and product marketing. Create scalable brand systems, storyboards, and launch assets; collaborate with Motion, Product Marketing, and Content; present concepts, iterate on feedback, and research AI tools to improve creative workflows and consistency.

Lead the design for a critical product area, collaborating with teams to craft effective user experiences while leveraging AI tools for prototyping and testing. Influence product strategy and uphold design standards while mentoring junior designers.
