Responsibilities include compensation and benefits, payroll and HRIS oversight, employee lifecycle processes, performance management, employee relations, investigations, compliance, policies, culture, immigration coordination, manager enablement, and people analytics. Initially operating independently, the role will build and lead the People Operations team as the company scales.

Own QA strategy and release readiness for a healthcare AI platform. Responsibilities include authoring risk-based test plans, designing exhaustive functional and negative test cases, building Python-based API and UI automation, validating integrations and data, maintaining CI/CD regression suites, triaging flaky tests, and producing audit-ready verification and validation documentation for medical-device regulatory submissions. The role also champions testability and quality practices across engineering.
