Lead end-to-end clinical recruiting for NPs and physicians across SNF, home health, and virtual programs. Build scalable sourcing, interview frameworks, and recruiting operations; partner with clinical and executive leadership on workforce planning, licensure/credentialing compliance, hiring metrics, and team scaling.

Lead day-to-day customer support operations onsite in Los Angeles: manage team KPIs, distribute and audit cases, own HubSpot support desk, perform QA, handle inbound/outbound customer calls, coordinate device parts fulfillment with Field Operations, and maintain reporting and documentation hygiene.
