Responsibilities include Azure architecture, resource optimization, FinOps, monitoring, governance, Active Directory, SharePoint, Power Platform, endpoint management, databases, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery. The role also handles escalated incidents, security remediation, compliance support, vendor coordination, infrastructure projects, and occasional on-call maintenance.

The Director of Business Operations manages operational resilience, third-party risk, incident response, and business continuity, while leading improvement initiatives and oversight of related programs.
