Owns the strategy, governance, and operational success of business-critical platforms supporting debt investment and servicing operations. Partners with stakeholders and technology teams to translate business needs into requirements, roadmaps, workflows, reporting, and data solutions. Leads technology and process improvements, coordinates vendors and cross-functional teams, and establishes documentation, governance, controls, and operating procedures to ensure reliable platforms, accurate analytics, compliance, and strong stakeholder satisfaction.

Coordinates development financial services, including contract and vendor setup, accounts payable, invoice and pay application processing, insurance documentation, lien waiver and preliminary notice tracking, and payment approvals. Works with Development, Accounting, Legal, Risk, vendors, and project teams to resolve discrepancies, support job-cost accounting, and address billing and administrative concerns throughout pre-development and construction.

Designs, deploys, and maintains CIM’s IT infrastructure, with emphasis on Microsoft Azure cloud platforms, Microsoft technologies, networking, security, and enterprise systems. Responsibilities include Azure architecture, resource optimization, FinOps, monitoring, governance, Active Directory, SharePoint, Power Platform, endpoint management, databases, virtualization, backup and disaster recovery. The role also handles escalated incidents, security remediation, compliance support, vendor coordination, infrastructure projects, and occasional on-call maintenance.
