Lead and manage multiple large-scale student housing and multifamily construction projects. Oversee design-to-construction, scheduling, cost control, contracts, reporting, closeouts, and turnover. Build and mentor project teams, manage trade partner communication, ensure compliance with agreements and construction documents, and deliver projects on schedule and within budget.
