Requires strong communication, organization, analytical, customer service, and Microsoft Office skills. An adjuster license may be required.

Leads community resilience projects from scoping through implementation and evaluation. Assesses natural-hazard risks, building and infrastructure conditions, and mitigation opportunities; translates technical and analytical findings into practical recommendations. Coordinates internal teams, consultants, governments, utilities, and community partners while managing schedules, budgets, scopes, and deliverables. Connects resilience measures to property damage, insurance losses, underwriting, and insurability outcomes, and develops reports, maps, metrics, and repeatable approaches.

Manage high-complexity California workers’ compensation claims across the West Region. Responsibilities include claim investigation, reserving, medical and litigation management, settlements, documentation, regulatory compliance, analytics, vendor oversight, customer service, and collaboration with underwriting and claims teams. The role also provides guidance on statutes, regulations, coverage, and service issues while supporting employee engagement and regional best practices.
