Leads the People function as a strategic partner to the CEO and executive team. Oversees organizational design, workforce planning, succession and performance management, executive recruiting, leadership development, change management, people analytics, scalable HR processes, and People team leadership across HR, recruiting, total rewards, compliance, and employee experience.

Leads ChowNow’s finance organization, overseeing FP&A, accounting partnership, financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, KPI development, and business operations analytics. Advises the CEO, executive team, and Board on financial performance and strategy; supports fundraising and M&A initiatives; improves financial systems and processes; and develops scalable operating frameworks for a high-growth SaaS marketplace business.

Leads AI-driven revenue enablement programs for sales teams, using call, CRM, pipeline, and performance data to identify execution gaps and build workflows that improve rep productivity and behavior. Owns product launch enablement, everboarding, skills development, manager coaching, certifications, and process adoption. Measures impact through adoption, win rate, ACV, pipeline conversion, ramp time, and productivity metrics while partnering with Sales, Product Marketing, RevOps, and senior executives.
