Teams at Chorus Innovations

Leads account management and customer success across complex public-sector partnerships and SaaS accounts. Oversees strategic account leads, partner success managers, technical support, and training; owns retention, portfolio health, customer success metrics, escalations, onboarding, adoption, and support standards. Partners with Sales, Product, Engineering, and Delivery to identify expansion opportunities, align customer needs with platform capabilities, maintain contract scope, and improve client outcomes.

Design and build core platform services and internal tooling (Node.js/NestJS, PostgreSQL) to enable scalable, customizable healthcare applications. Collaborate with product, design, and clinical teams to model complex domains, provide APIs and UI primitives, drive platform adoption, and balance short-term delivery with long-term platform vision.

Lead product marketing and positioning for Chorus, create messaging, sales enablement, and competitive intelligence. Build and scale the marketing function, hire and manage teams and contractors, establish processes and reporting, and partner cross-functionally with Product, Sales, and Behavioral Health teams to drive go-to-market execution.
